Princess Toadstool of Princess Peach? Exactly which one is her real, original name?

of door any chance does she actually used two names specifically Princess Toadstool in the English version and Princess perzik in the Japanese version? Are her names interchangeable even depending in which region of the world she is in?

That's how it was in America, anyway. Not sure about other countries.
