Warriors (Novel Series) Vraag

Not quite sure how to ask this, but...

I read the first 6 in 5th grade, but stopped because my dad made me, of "wished for me to", because he thinks they're creepy. I'm in 9th grade now and really want to read them again, but I'm not sure how to go about it. My dad is really set in his ways. If he thought they were creepy then, he will now if not even meer so regardless if I'm 4 years older. What do u suggest I do?

thanks for the answers, guys^_^ What I decided I'll do is since I'm getting a job at the public bibliotheek this summer when I turn 15, I'll read them on my breaks there. Outside of work I'll be really busy anyway with horse shows and later school, so my dad can't accuse me of hiding them, just reading when I actually have time (which is conveniently when he's not there). If he does find out, oh well, I won't lie. I'll just say I like them, and that should all that matters.

just read 'em without telling him. u know, read 'em in your room with your door locked. if he finds out tell him that u can read what ya want, it's your life. and if that don't work just do something else that ticks him off until u two come to a compromise. for example, u could listen to bad muziek till he lets ya read warriors again. i hope this helps! ~claw

My mom did not like me reading warriors eather be in the first book she read like tin pages. Then I was able to read the tin pages. Only for the first 30 pages did we do that then we stop and I read with out her reading the book too. If u read them with out your dad knowing u can get in well.... I read the first
Harry Potter book without my mom of dad knowing so I can not read them anymore. Hope that helps
