Young Dracula Vraag

Is anyone else annoyed door this? (CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS!!!!)

I have just watched the end of series 4 and I'm getting annoyed at how much of a Gary Stu Vlad is. It's beyond a joke now. He always wins and when things are going bad for him, it's sooo obvious that the writers are just pulling random things out of their ezel that will never be mentioned again. For example, he almost always gets his way; if he's in a tough situation with slayers? Easy. Mind wipe the entire slayer population without breaking a sweat! Because we can't have one of the main females dying can we? We'll lose all our tween fans! If the wipe becomes an inconvinience? Reverse it. With no reprucussions. Jonno doesn't come howling for Vlad's and Erin's blood of anything. It's all so predictable. His father is dying of poison? No worries. He can just suck out the deadly poison and randomly survive it and everything's fine again; THIS IS NEVER EXPLAINED.
And 'because he's the chosen one' is not a good enough excuse for this. Not to mention, remember Wolfie? The writers only brought him in and kept him when it was convinient then suddenly he just disappears from the plot with no explanation. I'm sick of all this asspulling! (for those who don't know what I mean door that, it's when there's a tough situation so some random thing is just made up for convinience) u see, the thing about characters is that u have to make the audience care about them but why should I care of worry about a character that can survive almost anything? It's obvious that now they are relying on looks to be the reason we still care. They know that they can make the story plot as unbelievable as they want because they have us where they want us!! As long as we all keep watching the toon simply because Vlad is 'hawt' and not for the actual toon itself, this will keep happening and quite frankly, I'm sick of it. And yes, I have a controversial opinion so I'm expecting haters but whatever.

All I'm saying is that all the rules of their own canon are being broken for this specific character

I just watched the series last jaar and IMMEDIATLY became a fan, but I hated all the discrepancies in the series!

Their home pagina - in S1, it is NOT alive. In S2, the say that if the Count lives somewhere for awhile, it takes on his evil personality and comes alive. It plays mean tricks on people, laughs manically, and change its shape. However in S3, they have been living at the school for 3 years and it hasn't come to life...and it never does.

The Blood Test - In S1 Vlad must take blood tests and they make a point of saying that he must take MORE. However in S2-5, the blood tests aren't ever brought up again.

The Blood Mirror - It isn't even mentioned in S1. When a vampire turns 16, they must look into the blood mirror and absorb their evil reflection and transform into a full fanged vampire. Both Boris and Ingrid do this in S2. In S3 Vlad is 17 and still hasn't faced the mirror. In episode 7, he is pulled into the mirror and absorbs his reflections. This discrepancy isn't ever REALLY explained. It just glossed over.

Also in the inside of the blood mirror, it is series of empty corridors in S3. In S4 the world inside the mirror has changed completely and it is a large woodland with a lake. In S5, it looks the same as S4 but there are strange winged creatures flying through the trees and large slimy creatures in the lake.

Dreamworld - There is no mention of dreamworld in S1. We are informed in S2 that when a vampire nears 16, they can enter the dreamworld. Vlad finds out that a full vampire enters dreamworld when they sleep and if they die there, they die in the real world. In S3-5, it is never mentioned again.

The Crown of Power was the crown of the Grand High Vampire, supposedly made out of the bones of victims from the dawn of time. Vlad put on the crown and it gives advanced vampire powers in S2, but we don't know what happened to the crown. It doesn't appear in S3-5.

I could go on and on....the Grand High Vampire and the VHC, Vlad being half human, the disappearance of Zoltan and Wolfie.....

It really seemed like the writers made up the plotline of each season separately without any thought to a cohesive plot of any future seasons...
