Fang sat tapping his fingers on the computer, staring up at the monitors as his dark eyes scanned over them. "This is useless, there's nothing even going on.." He sighed out and leaned his head on the keyboard, hitting his head against it a few times. He only rose at the sound of Batman entering the cave, but not looking from the monitors. "He's ready, Bats. Whether u see of it not, I'm taking him out into the field." Fang stood and turned, crossing his arms as he earned a scowl. "It's been six months, Fang. Six. Might I remind u it was on purpose, not some accident." Batman zei and locked eyes with the half-avian, Fang letting out a low chuckle. "I'm well aware, and he wants to continue in his brother's footsteps."
Trystan leaped off his bed at the knocking of his front door, smiling from ear-to-ear. "Wally's home!" The sixteen jaar old cried out and bolted down the stairs, slowing to a complete stop at the last step. He stared at Artemis, immediately reading everyone's expressions and deciphering what had happened. He rushed past his parents, despite their protests, and out into the street. The teen let out an agonizing scream, digging his nails into his hair as he cried. Trystan stumbled vooruit, voorwaarts as lightning cracked across the sky, tears streaking down his face. Pushing forward, he took off into a full on sprint, shoving his hair from his face as it began to rain. He skidded as he turned a corner, grimacing when his cheek made contact with asphalt. The red-head slid a few feet before shakily getting to his feet, staring up at the school building. He walked up the steps and picked open the lock, squeaking down the hallway and up the steps. Trystan jumped as lightning crashed and thunder rattled the windows of the high school. He picked open another lock and walked into the chemistry lab, pulling up a stool. Drops of water dripped from the ginger, staring at the bureau beneath him before he decided to move. He opened a window and stared outside before whipping around and grabbing a few beakers. He ripped his jas off and threw it to the ground, pushing open the fume kap to dig through the various amounts of chemicals. Trystan jumped again at the crack of lightning, the white light illuminating the whole lab. He cautiously mixed the chemicals and swirled them around in the beaker, gripping the neck of it tightly, He walked over the window and placed both hands around it, staring up at sky. The teen's body was thrown across the room when the bolt shook through him, the beaker exploding in his hands. Trystan let out a groan and slumped down on the uithangbord before collapsing into unconsciousness.
Fang shrugged on his backpack and walked past the man, stopping as Trystan entered. "Speak of the devil and he shall appear." He said, glaring at Batman before turning to the red-head. "Scotty is joining us later, ready?" He rose an eyebrow, Trystan giving him a nod and sliding on his goggles. "Let's do this."
Ah, figured his past needed a little unraveling.. It's Christmas break so, why not? It sucks, I know. I'm extremely rusty.
