"How do we know it's not a clone?" Tobias asked, tapping his fingers on his chin. "The scars on him are accurate, bruising around his face from the last fight.. but.." Chris muttered and walked, peeling off the monitors and lifted Fang up into a sitting position, his eyes going wide. "Wing has been replaced with an artificial one.." He zei and slowly unfurled the metal wing, looking over it before letting out a low whistle. "Man, that's some fine work.." Chris zei and folded it back in, turning off the monitor that was throwing a fit at the lack of a pulse. Tobias stepped back, tilting his head to peer at the body on the floor. "I wonder when he'll come to.." He looked back up to Chris. "No idea, but we don't need him to here, plus he's freezing, so probably not until he's back to normal temperature.." Chris lifted his brother up, shifting him as Trystan ran back in. He nodded to the body on the floor and the speedster nodded, dragging Blake away before picking him up. Chris took a deep breath. "Lets go." He said, leaving the cold room behind.
Scotty leaned his head on his hand, staring blankly at the TV. He yawned and scratched the back of his head, his hand then slowly sliding up to the missing part of his vos, fox ear, tracing the jagged bite marks. The male frowned and turned off the TV before falling sideways on the couch. Ears twitched at the ringing of his phone, tilting his head before slowly stretching and grabbing it. "Yeah?" Scotty slowly sat up, eyes widening as the conversation continued. "You found what, and where?" He was silent before standing and sliding his shoes on. "I'm on my way." Scotty hung up and gripped the device before running out of his apartment.
Small hands reached out and touched an object, his green eyes widening. The boy quickly pulled away, holding his hand close before shaking his head. "How old is he again?" Seraphs asked, making his way over to the window. "He just turned seven.." His mother zei quietly, moving away when Seraphs approached her. He pressed a button on the mic and leaned down. "What did u see, Shane?" He asked, the boy whipping around to stare at him.
