Instinctively I pushed what seemed like the release button. They all fell to the ground. Withen seconden the clone (with serious anger issues) was on top, boven of me. I cringed when he held up his hand in a fist. A darker hand with tattoos on it grabbed him and held him back. I got up, dusting off my shirt. "Well that was a nice way to say thank you!" I scoffed. "Thank you? u were the one who got us here in the first place!" The teen shouted. "I was only following orders!" I shouted back in defense. "Besides, I don't want any trouble, I just want to ask u a few things!" There was a long and awkward science. They were all looking at each other, like they were having a conversation. But there was no sound. Telapathics The dark skinned teen with the tattoos sighed. He took a step toward me. Without thinking I held up a ball of brand in my hand. As quick as that, water from a janitors bucket came out and splashed all over my hand, putting out the fire. "I do not wish to alarm you. Where are we and why are we here?" He zei calmly, I guessed he was the leader. "I can't say exactly, but somewhere in Georgia. And about that, I don't know. Zero said-" The annoying speedster cut me off. "Wait, who's Zero?" I spent the volgende 10 minuten explaining how when my family was killed in a house fire, I somehow survived with no burns, and I could magically harnas fire. Also how Zero was my dad's best friend, and the only other person I knew who would be able to take care of me, since I was adopted at birth. He taught me how to control my powers, and eventually opened up an organization to help other kids like me. We were sent on missions, and some of us actually lived here. Like me.
They all froze. "So, u aren't the bad guy?" zei a teen, probably my age, of younger. He was the only guy who covered his eyes completely. "NO! I was told u were the bad guy! Thats why Miles and I had to bring u here!" They looked surprised. There was what seemed like 5 minuten of complete silence. Telapathics. "Do u guys really need to talk that way?" I blurted out. I sighed. "Look, all I want to know is what u were doing last night, who u work for, and your names. I just need that small amount of proof, and I can get u out of here!" They looked around at each other. The archer stepped up. "We were there last night looking for Bane." She said. "We work for the Justice League." The clone zei reluctantly. "I'm Kid Flash, thats Artemis, Aqualad, Miss Martian, Superboy, and Robin. Happy?" Kid Flash said. "Thanks, " I zei with my hand on my hip, "I'm Nova."
After introductions, I decided to change out of my skinny jeans and skin-tight tank top, boven into my sweats, took a 2 uur long nap, exercised, then changed into a comfortable sunday dress.
I walked down the long corridor to where Zero's office was. Miles was there too. I tried covering my face with my hair, but he could still notice me. "Hey, sweet cheeks!" I punched his arm. "Owwww! Anyways, I got a new mission. It's-" I cut him off impatiently, "Look Miles, I can't talk right now. I have to see Zero." he looked at me quizzically, "Your uncle? Well, I'll come with you!" I was immediately alerted. "No!" I blurted out. "Um, I can go alone, it's ok. u just, go, um, eat! Go eat breakfast!" I said, trying to cover up the alerted tone to my voice. I pushed him vooruit, voorwaarts the banquet hall. And I got lost in the crowd.

Zero was sitting in his office, quietly talking on the phone. "Knock, Knock." I zei quietly. "Sorry, I have to go!" He quickly zei into the phone and hung up. "Reese! How delightful to see u again!" He zei like nothing had just happened.
"Hey Uncle Z, who was that?"
"Oh, nobody really, just some guy from another organization. How are u doing?"
"Fine, can I talk to u about something?"
"Sure, sure!" He motioned for me to sit down. "No thanks. I want to talk about the teens." He looked at me as if he was trying to cover up something. "The ones Miles and I caught. u see, I talked with them and-" He shot up like the building was on fire, a look of extreme urgency came to his face. I looked away, a bit scared door what he just did. "YOU DID-" He bellowed. I cut him of defensively, "Why would u tell us that they were villains?" I it was meer of a demand, not a question. "You knew, didn't you? Thats who u were just talking on the phone with!" He stood even taller, he face was too serious. "I think u need to take a little break, Nova." He said, as if it was a thret. I felt a cold hand slap over my mouth. I tried to scream and squirm out of the strong grasp that was restraining me. i also tried to use my powers, but for some weird reason, I couldn't. Another man walked up to me, his face covered entirely in black with a small slit for his eyes. He placed a heavy black sack over my head. "Have fun." Zero zei eerily.
