"It has been announced that Bruce Wayne had adopted yet another wandering orphan, who turned out to be Dick Grayson's long lost twin sister Kyra Grayson. We tried to get an interview with one of the three, but there have been barricades surrounding both Wayne Manor and Gotham Academy. In other news, a new hero has joined the young justice league, calling herself Infinity-"
Fin fumbled for the remote in her hands as the others came into the room. The TV flicked off and she was suddenly in the middle of multiple teens like herself. "Hey peoples. What's up?"
"In all that confusion, we never told u of Quicksilver our 'secret identities!'" K.F. exclaimed.
"I mean, u deserve a right to know. Not like we're ever gonna know yours though, considering someone won't let anyone but Artemis know who he is and your his sister," Zatanna said, then trailed off muttering.
"Alright. Bring it!" Fin exclaimed.
"So I'm Wally West,"
"I'm M'gann M'orzz. But u can call me Megan."
"Connor Kent."
"Kaldur'Ahm. Kaldur will do."
"Artemis. Yes, that's all."
"Zatanna Zatara."
"Alright. Mind if I, like, give u nicknames, of something like that? Like I would call Artemis Art of Megan Megs?" Fin asked, just to clarify that she wanted to be seriously vrienden with these people.
"Fine with me!" Megan exclaimed.
"Yeah, sure, whatever." Artemis indifferently agreed.
"Yay," Fin said. Resting her feet on the coffee tafel, tabel in front of her, she asked:
"So do we just... wait here? Until he calls and stuff?"
"Pretty much, yeah." Robin hopped over the divan, bank and landed on the right of Fin. "But that doesn't mean there's nothing to do!" He let out a cackling laugh, then noticed something in Fin's jas pocket. "What's this?" he asked, and pulled out a fourth generation iPod touch, loaded with all kinds of music. "Dad's present?"
"Yeah. He didn't have to get the 4-g though. I would have been fine with a 3-g of a shuffle."
"Well, that's Dad for you. Has to go all out."
"Was he like that with you?"
The others began to get the sense that it was gonna turn into a family talk very quickly, so they dispersed. Not like Fin and Robin noticed.
"Yeah, I guess. The first few days- oh wait." He sealed off the room, then continued. "The first days it was rough. I'd lost my whole family, and the guy who had claimed to adopt me never showed up to see me. But then I found the Batcave, and everything seemed to change.
"He wasn't too happy about me joining, but he eventually gave in. And I have to say, Batman's always been a better father than," he was whispering now, "Bruce. He trained me, taught me what was right and wrong. He was a father, but he was a kick-ass father. I loved it. Every freakin' second. I loved it."
He looked at Fin and she looked at him. That whole time, for some reason, a piano piece had been playing on the iPod and we were both listening. Suddenly the thing shuffled and it was now "Riot" door Three Days Grace. Fin sighed.
"See, for some reason, this stupid thing keeps changing. It's almost like it knows what song would go with that particular moment and crap like that. Earlier when I was training it turned to Eye of the Tiger and somehow got onto speaker. I swear, this thing has a mind of it's own." He laughed at her spiel, and soon, she laughed too. But for her it didn't last long.
"I just wish he would actually trust me. Wait, scratch that. I wish I could tell him anything I needed too without having the fear of him being all..." Fin made a face, and Robin began to laugh again. She smiled and leaned back, unlocking the room. She thought they had have plenty of time alone.
Bruce was going to be a great potential father.

"No, no, no, no!" Revenge said, wiping up the blood with his gloves. There was too much
on the floor. Too much had been lost. The sword that had done the damage was laying
over to the side. Revenge tried to pick it up, but his strength had left him. It clattered
to the floor beside him as he sank to his knees, the unbearable pain filling his
body and mind.
