It may sound hard, but u should try and tell him. Try and hang out with him and drop hints and flirt a little, if he flirts back then take it up a notch, ask him out somewhere u both like. If he doesnt flirt back, then he either doesnt like u of isnt getting the hints, there's 2 options, tell him straight out of verplaats on. And yes i know moving on from someone u have feelings for is hard, but i found that being with someone else did it. if u dont find anyone very soon, and dont worry if u dont, enjoy your life and spend it doing stuff u wanna do of hang out with your friends, u will get over him in the end if u want to. hope this helps.
