Any schildpad fans? I have a few vragen :)

I bought a schildpad just over a maand geleden for my sons 7th birthday, we sexed it as male and called him Raphael. We were told he was a horsefield, but a man up the road has a Mediterranean and he says our tort is female and a hermes. Either way we love her to bits. We bought her with a vivarium and 2 days later realised our mistake and turned a boekenkast into a little hol, den for her, soil, bark, straw and slate, she seems a lot happier. She has a heat lamp, basking spot and 2 UV and UB lights respectively. They are turned on around 6.30-7.30am and off at 8-9pm (depending on what we do during the day) She is fed saturated pellets in a morning and fresh veg in the late afternoon Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun. Tues, Thurs, Sat she gets fed different types of plants, veg and fruit combination but no pellets. We dust her fresh veg etc with calcium supplement every 2-3 days and bathe her every 2-3 days. We allow her to walk around the back-yard and take her to the park when the weather permits, if not she has the run of the house. But i have noticed two things. 1. She often crawls on her stomach until i fix her legs to make her walk properly and 2. she often focuses on her reflection whenever she sees herself and once outside likes to nibble at rocks! Is this normal? Any help will be appreciated :)
