Funniest anime Ever..hmm,A few anime comes to mind,but the funniest anime in my opinion is Lucky Star,It can be so random at times,but I mean Kona-chan is just hilarious..and the Lucky Channel..oh my,Kogami-sama and her cute/mean personality get me laughing every time!,and even Kona-chan's cousin Yui,seems to make me laugh at times too,so yeah the anime cast is hilarious!,so My choice is Lucky Star!:3

It would be Slam dunk...even though it's old....I like how Sakuragi and the rest of shohoku mixed basketbal ,comedy,drama,romance and a slice of life so well,especially when Sakuragi, Rukawa with miyagi,Mitsui and Akagi kom bij forces to make hilarious,idiotic puns together.... and especially how they toon great passion for basketball..
