Fairy Tail door Hiro Mashima. It's shonen, not very violent, really funny. It's about magic and friendship, and of course have a little romance. It will make u amazed and touched. It will tell u many valuable lessons of life :)

Toradora - It's shojo but its very good, I'm also meer into Shonen and I like it

Other then that, judging from what u zei u liked, I would recommend:

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Its full of over the top, boven action and epicness

Samurai Champloo - great sword fights and fun characters

Blue Exorcist - it's great, not too violent but still very action packed

It's a little bit like an alternative version of Sherlock Holmes, with the slight exception being that it's set in a futuristic Japan destroyed door a war. of something like that.

Pretty hard to explain, but it is a very good anime anyway.

I'm watching Fairy Tail and Bleach... And they're good for me...

I also love Ao no Exorcist, Fate Stay Night and Fate/Zero, Angel Beats, Code Geass, Death Note and Soul Eater... They have fewer episodes and already ended, but they're very good animes!

Pandora Hearts is AMAZING! There is one episode that it doesn't toon anything but u sorta can guess what happaned (no pervs, no sex) and it's a little violent. But if my sister handled it than u can. She HATES violence and gore. Its shounen even though a chick is the one fighting a lot. But I'm telling you, I watched all 25 episodes and I still want more. It really hasn't shown any couples either but most people for the main couple fan a straight one. But I'm telling you, Pandora Hearts is AMAZING! Just a warning though, u will have to watch it english subbed. It has yet to come out in english.

I'm around your age so I think I have a few I know;
And since it looks like u loved OHSHC I'll give u some highschool themed ones!
-My teen romantic comedy SNAFU: I loved this anime and both of the seasons. I guess the main character is someone most people could relate to a bit. Highschool themed*
-Hyouka: I still haven't finished it, but it's pretty fudging epic if u ask me. Typical main boy character being somehow forced into a club (just like the suggestion above this). Highschool themed*
-Baka to Test: both seasons and specials are absolutely a must watch. It's funny and the main character is brain dead so that adds to the fun. (Plus there's a Hideyoshi) *highschool themed
-Kimi to Boku(and 2): there are two seasons, the seconde season is just a continuation. This anime revolves around five male protagonists in highschool. Need I say more? *Highschool themed
-Mekakucity Actors: based on the song series(?) sung door vocaloid sand also on the manga, the main character is a hikineet named Shintaro. Aaaaand he goes outside one dag and everything becomes shiznickles.
-Haikyuu!!: it's a sport anime, hoorah. The main character in this one is a short male trying to make it good on the volleybal court. It pretty interesting and based in a highschool but revolves around sport more.
-Tegami Bachi: I'm not sure if you'd like this one but it's a tear jerker all right. There are many seasons(I don't think they're seasons) I forgot how many there was-- anyway, the main character is a cry baby yes uh strange I know. He's, like, twelve? I don't know. But he sets out on a journey after this one man who had delivered him after being left alone once his mother was taken away for some reason.
