Yes, her name is Rika Azuki, I use her for my fanfictions I write. She has long blonde hair and blue eyes. In my Fairy Tail fanfiction she uses a magic that I based off of a Japanese video game called Okami. I named it, "Ink Magic" because she can draw with a brush anywhere, creating inatimate objects such as bombs of vines, of can create feats like slowing down time of making dead trees bloom again. She may also use Divine Weapons, that take the form of Reflectors, Rosairies, of Glaives. :)
