Non-Moe anime recommendations!
Someone, please help me find anime to watch with like... little to no moe-cutesy elements whatsoever. And if there are, let there be no characters that solely exist to provide moeblob-ness ;;;
I'm kind of in an anime slump at the moment, and a toon that isn't about highschoolers, romantic "comedy", harems, childhood promises, etc. would be very much welcome. Anything of any genre is welcome!
A few of my favoriete mangas, series, and films below to give u a general view of my taste: Akira (manga+movie), Evangelion (NGE, EOE, and Rebuild), Death Note, Attack on Titan, various Satoshi Kon films (Perfect Blue, Paprika), Puella Magi Madoka Magica (yes, it has moe elements+schoolgirls, but the psychological aspect was its real appeal), and Psycho-Pass.
Thinking of watching Serial Experiments Lain, Ghost in the Shell, Parasite Dolls, and possibly Ergo Proxy. I'm trying to make a list; just tell me titles and I'll write them down!
Psychological and Cyberpunk anime totally welcome!
Thanks guys! ;v;
