What's this anime?

Ever had a random picture from an anime/ova that u watched a long time ago, and now seeing it makes u want to travel down nostalgia lane............... but can't for the life of u remember it's name?

Soooooo.......... can anyone help me scratch my itch?

It's a fluffy romance ova, similar to nagareboshi lens (watched them at the same time, also had pictures.... however i was lucky enough that 'lens' had it's name on it)

I feel like it had something to do with puppies and chocolate.
