Who is the Red kap now?

It's a little complicated.
When Jason Todd comes back from death his mad at Batman for not avenging his death.
So he uses the Reh kap to try to get an emotional reaction from Batman.
Later he just acepts the role as Red Hood, being an "hero" who is willing to kill
