period problems.

u can feel horrible up to a week before. All normal, I know highly annoying but human bodies can be. Depending on when u started it can take a while to settle down. I started mine when I was 15 I am now 36 and even now it can change what it does especially if I am nervous of worried about something. But dont panic it will appear in the volgende few days.

Its okay just calm down u probably will feel some cramps and pains in the days surrounding your period if its getting close just wear a pantiliner just in case until u get it of pad whichever u prefer hope that helps!!!
