I do not believe in it. But I have met people, who have underrated me, for I try to be nice.

Not at all ! People may tend to think that nice people are week and stuff , but actually being nice to everyone even those who don't treat you that well is a sign that you are far stronger on the inside and more mature.

When you're extremely nice, sometimes people think they can take advantage of you.

I'm a nice person. Thats who I am. And vanillamoon08 is right, I HAVE been taken advantage of, but that doesn't stop me from being who I am! Hugs to you all!!!

no it is showing that you care about everyone that you are around.and even the people that are mean to you just be nice to them and maby they will change and do it for the next person.

I don't think of myself as weak because of being nice. I try to help others in any way I can and I see that as making a difference in the perception of myself on how others see me.

It's not weak at all but people do want to smash you down to the ground if you aint tough and mean... Trust me! Everyone I've been in class and school with dumped me because of that... How do I know, well they told me after then started bullying me :'(

I personally don't think so, but I did come across such attitude from people - "If you're nice then everyone walks over you" or something like that. Don't like it as an excuse for walking over others.

Being mean or a bully is a sign of weakness because it shows either insecurity and/or poor character

I don't think it should be considered as weakness because -well- it's not !
But many times people take advantage of you when you're being nice & especially when you believe in their good.

Sometimes.. My friends think I am weak because I'm too nice. That's why I'm not only nice, but I'm full of courage!

On the contrary ... People who are nice and smiley are actually the strongest .

Just because people think your nice so that means your nice, doesnt have to be true if you dont want it to. Everyone says im super nice but I can be strong and protect my self when i have to be.

I personally believe that the nicer you are, the stronger you are. A lot of the guys I hang out with can be really mean to other girls besides me so i sometimes have to scold them (AKA Yell at them to be nice) ANd they have found that they actually feel better after being nice. One of the guys said it was stupid to be nice, and lets just say he's not in the closely knit circle of guy friends that I have. ^-^ jk. actually, he changed and now we are the nicest group in the school. Ironic, isn't it? About 8 guys an a tomboy all being kind and friend and protecting the weak. We're kinda like vigilantes. O.o I AM BATMAN!!!!!!! lol! But you get the point, I hope.

Niceness is a quality of strong and kind people 🙂
