Does anyone know the name of auteur of the story where Brennan believes Booth is dead for a maand instead of two weeks?

This is all I remember about the story: She seems to be coping with his death until his coffin is lowered into the ground and then she just looses it. She go to his house and puts every picture she can find of him up on the wall. She goes across the country for a serial killer case for the FBI and is wounded, she almost dies. Booth comes back just in time to keep her from dying, when he gets to her she thinks she died and found him on the other side. The story ends when they're both very old and she dies like four days after he does because she refuses to live without him. I've been looking for this story for over a month, please help.
