In the season 1 finale she gets bit door the master and drowns, but Xander revives her.
In the season 5 finale she jumps to her death to close a portal, but is brought back door Willow, Xander, Anya, and Tara in the beginning of season 6.
She gets shot door Warren near the end of season 6 in the same ep where Tara dies, but Willow saves Buffy.
