Second choice would be Buffy, so I could get with Spike.

I'd like to 'be' Glory :) She's awesome, and quite a challenge to play in the right way, you know. I like her being a totally shallow, fashion-victimish unstable lunatic, totally opposite me of course ;)

I was actually torn between Giles and Cordelia... mostly because of all the acting opportunities Cordy had on Angel, though. Her character is a rich one to disect, and it would be fun trying it from every angle. But on Buffy, I could never have pulled off Cordelia's callousness or her confidence, so I don't think I'd be up to the task.

Giles, though, is equally rich for acting opportunities. Taking into account all the conflicts he's faced in Buffy (IE Watcher's Counsel Versus What's Best For Buffy, working with Angel after he tortured him and killed Ms Calendar, the subtle grief of LOSING Miss Calendar, the dual role of being both Buffy's mentor war-time "general" and being her father figure [being too hard on her versus being too soft on her], the disconnect over having friends that are half your age, the conflict of retirement, etc.)

There are just so many things in his character to consider, and I find that fascinating.

My second choice would be Wesley (both on Buffy AND on Angel), because of his arc, and his goofiness on Buffy.

no dounbt about it, i i think becasue i gre up feeling that id love to have cordys confidence in arguments, she could be little someon in one sentens ( gorch in homecomign lol) shed be my ultimate character to play!

I'm kind of torn between Cordy and Anya :/

I was torn between Buffy, Willow and Drusilla. Playing Drusilla's craziness would be great, because when you play a crazy character they have to make sense to you, you can't just think 'she's doing this because she's insane' you have to actually get her. That's why I love Joss' crazy characters, no matter how mad he makes them there's a believability and charisma to their madness because unlike a lot of writers he goes to the trouble of making sure that on some level all their craziness actually has a twisted logic to it. I think playing Dru would be a great challenge.

Willow had a great character arc, and things like vampire Willow and Dark Willow. I was always impressed with Alyson Hannigan's ability to still make the character seem like the Willow we started with no matter how much she changed. There was never a time when I felt like she was just playing a completely different character.

What swung it for me is that Buffy not only had a good overall story and some really challenging looking scenes, but she got to do more of the fightscenes than Willow or Dru, I'd love to do that.

Definitly Dawn...i'm around her age, and have a similar personality (though not so annoying, i hope) plus, she has cool relationships with all the other characters pretty much...well, besides angel.

I think it would be really interesting for me too play Faith, because
1)I love her character arc.
2)She is so far removed from me in a lot of ways. I think it would be fun to try to step into a character who is so different from myself. It wouldn't just be a comfortable role in which I could basically just be myself. It would be a true test of my acting abilities to see whether or not I could make Faith believable.

It would be fun to play Anya! ;) I definitely wouldn't like to play Buffy! I mean, sure, she gets to make out with J.M., but she's kinda annoying and I suck at fighting ;P Besides playing a main character is definitely not my thing.

Either Faith or Willow...

She was one of the most well-develop characters on the show-- I would love to play nerdy Willow, Dark Willow, Willow as a whitch...:)
Next would be Drusilla. Playing a crazy bat would be fun!

I'm torn between Angel and Xander both would certainly be interesting to portray..but with what Angel has to after he lost his soul..not sure I could do that stuff especially in what was done to Jenny or even what he tried to do Willow all aside from that stuff,and where he had his soul I think I would prefer portraying Angel,if I had to choose.
