Cuffed: The whole episode!
Cops&Robbers: After the explosion ♥
And the scene in Freezer, can't really remember which episode was that :O

The best would Season 4 ep 23

Castle: Beckett. What do u want!

During 'Always Buy Retail', when kasteel teases Beckett, "I saved your life, u owe me, u have to do anything I want, and u know exactly what I want" then he leans in and whispers "Never...ever...call me 'kitten'".

There's so many...but at the end of Ghosts (S1Ep8) kasteel and Beckett start their own game of poker.
Beckett: I'm gonna make u hurt
Castle: Oh you're gonna get hurt
Beckett: What are we playing for
Castle: Pride. of clothing...
LOL

'You smell like cherries' from 2x6 - Vampire Weekend :D It was so cute :)

Season 3 episode 5. this part made me resist a girly squeal!
Beckett: Listen to what she wrote to him, "I can't bare to see u suffer. Make a new life with someone else. Just be happy. If anyone deserves it, it's you."

Castle: I think I have his response to that. "I don't believe in much but I believe in us." I like this guy. "And no matter the obstacles, no matter how hard u try, you'll never get rid of me. I love you."

I would say season 3 episode 17 when there sitting there freezing in the freezer and there just sitting there cuddling!(: <3

Its hard to choose just one but I'm gonna go with Always when they finally get together. That's the best one and all of 5 and 6 of course.
