1. Tulio( Road to El Dorado) - gorgeous raven hair, quite elegant thin body frame, beautiful thin facial features and stunning eyes( I door far prefer Tulio's eye color over Eric's). If he was as nice and kind as he is handsome...
2. Eugene aka Flynn(Tangled) - BTW, he has very beautiful eye color too.
3. Moses(The Prince of Egypt) - a rare case when I don't feel conflicted about character's looks and personality.

It's really difficult who would be #4 and #5. I consider Jet from ATLA, Dr Facilier from "Princess and the Frog", Judah from "Joseph: King of Dreams", Tzekel-kan from "Road to El Dorado", surprisingly Ling from "Mulan"( yes, I am talking about one of three comical soldiers). I dunno.
