	princesslullaby picked She was spineless and basically just did what she was told: I never saw this as Aurora being responsible or noble or making some active choice to do so and there's no indication in the movie either. To me, she was just spineless and chose to cry in bed and continue to do as she was told as she had done all her life. I didn't ever think she did it out of feeling a responsibility for her kingdom, just that she didn't take any stand whatsoever. I don't know where people get that from. Especially since she clearly doesn't want to and cries the whole time. posted een jaar geleden.

There is nothing that proves that she changed her mind and decided to marry for the good of her kingdom. When her fairy aunts broke the news to her, Aurora accepted that she suddenly had a whole new set of responsibilites thrust upon her.
