Hmmmm...could be either Belle or Jasmine. Jasmine doesn't do chores, so those lyrics point more towards Belle, however:
this part:

could be changed to "father" and it would better suit Jasmine.

She'd be listing her chores up until the awesome end part, and then she'd sing:

Just like they did before things all went wrong.

to live life chore-free?

It could work for Belle or Jasmine too.

Because she feels trapped underwater. *shrug*

I think it fits her perfectly. It would almost sound like she WISHES she could do the stuff that is stated, for example it says:

"If I have time to spare

I'm sure there's room somewhere"

Stuff she wishes she could do. Painting the walls for fun & leisure instead of being ordered to, etc..

It sounds better in my head, trust me.

She's been in the same place her whole life wondering when her life will begin and she's been looking at the castle her whole life wondering what it's like out there, asically the same thing except

Definitely Jasmine. She's been cooped up in that palace for her entire life and wants freedom more than anything. Belle? I don't think so. She wants adventure, but she's not complaining about being trapped. & if she wanted to leave, her father wouldn't object. He doesn't seem like the type.
