She'd run off and try to escape. She wouldn't stand for being abused.

Just saying, but imo there is more evidence that Rapunzel lives in an abusive household than Snow White. Yes, we assume Snow White's house hold was abusive, but we don't get much proof. The only reason that the Queen sent her to get killed was that she turned prettier than her, they may have been on somewhat good terms before then. Also, sure Gothel doesn't get super abusive until later in the movie, but we see several verbal abuses that Gothel gives to Punz that has got to lower her self-esteem at least.

I've been thinking about that too. Snow white does have some insecurity (her need to be liked and deep wish to just be loved and accepted) so I think there was some open abuse, but since she didn't seem to know just how evil Grimhilde really was, I don't know how abused she really was before. there's actually a book explaining Grim's background (although I didn't think it was that well written).

and agreed with you guys. I don't know who is voting for Mulan, though. she's very much like Cinderella in this regard: resourceful and good at adapting. not to mention Mulan is very obedient (unless, obviously, someone she love's life is on the line, though I'm sure the other obedient ones are the same way). And she sometimes lets people pick on her or push her around (the matchmaker, Ling and Yao, etc.)

And Pocahontas.
The top 3. Should be
Mulan, Aurora and Rapunzel with Tiana in a close fourth only because she put up with people putting her down because she was black and a woman.

She's the least obedient out of these and she wants to follow her own path.
