While both are very heroic, I think that there is very little that is more heroic than sacrificing your life and everything you know for a noble cause, in front of your whole family and friends who all don't think the same way, particularly because her noble cause was the right thing to do and she stood up to her father. And also, the key thing in my opinion is, she PREVENTED a whole war while she was at her very heroic deed! I know Mulan is awfully heroic too, and she did very similar things to Pocahontas in many ways, but I think that Pocahontas is just more heroic by a tiny bit.

WOW someone voted for Mulan as the least heroic that's very shocking

I think AllegroGiocoso has a very good point. I'm still voting for Pocahontas, but AG argues states her case very well.

Wow, this IS hard. I'd have to say Mulan though. Pocahantos saved her love and her whole community from fighting with the English. She's just a tadbit more heroic.

You do know you supose to pick the LEAST heroic

It's pretty even for me, so it came down to this: who saved more people? Powhatan tribe < China. So yeah. Also, I think Mulan had better tactics. Basically, Poca gave her Dad no choice- all so did was throw herself on John Smith. But Mulan had to come up with ways to stop Shan-Yu.

Again, it was pretty even for me, so it's tough to pick. I might switch.

Ok this my criteria, cruel I know: although people blab about how Pocahontas prevented war, while Mulan went to one, I honestly think Pocahontas did nothing. She perhaps just delayed thing which would happen anyway.
So lets resume: Pocahontas saved small tribe which was killed and attacked later anyway, Mulan saved whole nation, and of course she participated in war, you can't negotiate with raging hordes, and after that Huns were destroyed forever and her people was save. Besides she put herself in much greater danger than Pocahontas, and she did much more

BOTH are extremly courageous and brave, and it was hard to choose. In the end, I think Mulan was more heroic...she saved ALL of China from being slaughtered by the evil Hun army...Pocahontas, on the other hand, just kept peace between her people and the settlers...it's heroic, but in comparison to Mulan, she just didn't seem to save as many people.

Easy one for me.
Pocahontas saves her boyfriend from her dad and then convinces him not to fight. That's very brave but not as much as going against the system and joining the army to save your father, successfully winning a war basically single handedly etc.

Pocahontas is very heroic, but no-one can top the hero of China.
