Oh that's easy. Men rule this world. Most decisions on anything, including womens makeup, clothing, etc. are designed door men. In the films we can see that most of the time it's the man that's the police captain, the hero, the bad guy, etc.
It sucks, I know. Maybe some day, we women hope, we will truly be equal.
