This one I thought I should explain my choice. While the potions and wand makes them about equal in power, except that potions you have to drink, wand just point and curse. The Evil Queen was slow to act and only after her lackey failed did she decide to do it herself. Lady Tremaine was more direct personal attention to sabotage Cinderella and she personally, quickly handled it herself. I think Lady Tremaine's quick action would be the key factor in winning over the Evil Queen.

The Evil Queen has been the best while Lady Tremaine has been the worst.
