Doctor Who Vraag

Spoiler's for 'Amy's Choice'...

Back in Leadworth when the Doctor zei that he knew who the Dream Lord was, did he already know that it was himself? He zei something like "There's only one person in the universe that hates me this much." But if he knew, then why wouldn't he have ended the two dreams earlier on?

I think he wanted to know what Amy would choose. And u saw "the Dream Lord" in his reflection. I think that the Doctor is jealous and lonely again and doesn't want to loose another companion. He's got loneliness written through and through him. He regenerated alone, he hardly ever works WITH Amy, he leaves her to carry out a separate investigation, he never seems to completely hold up his promises to her. So I think he wanted to know if that really affected her, which in the end it did when Rory "died" and she asked the Doctor to bring him back and he couldn't and Amy says "Then whats the point of you?"

Well, obviously the 'nobody hates me as much as you' is self loathing. He beats himself up about EVERYTHING. And as to why he didn't end the dreams earlier, if he had the episode wouldn't have filled the time slot!

Well yeah, but it still makes no sense within the episode. I thought that maybe he was mistaken about who he thought it was at that point.

Is it possible that he knew who the Dream Lord was, but hadn't yet worked out that both worlds were dreams?

Ah, I guess that could be possible.
