Doremi Harukaze is the titel character of the anime. She reflects a typical magical girl: lively to the point of being noisy, a poor student, clumsy and careless but very compassionate, and has shown to be boy-crazy in Ojamajo Doremi and Ojamajo Doremi #. Doremi became a witch apprentice after visiting the MAHO-DOU. She met Majorika in the shop, pointed out she was a witch, and then, Majorika turned into a magical frog. When Doremi was a witch apprentice, she was very ditzy and she was always making Majorika cross, but with her magic, she can actually help other children achieve their goals...
