i think not because if nappa wa still alive there would be no Bulma and Vegeta therefore no Trunks because Nappa would cause to feel meer controlling. With Nappa around Vegeta would feel like the the strong and in control prince of sayans again built on conquest and destruction. The world would still exist because the Z fighters AKA Goku would defeat them but it would be very intense battle.
