Maybe this has been asked, but Do Nancy, Gieselle and Robert remind u of Vanessa, Ariel and Eric?

Well at least SOMEBODY thinks that they are alike.

Yeah I noticed this from dag one.

Giselle is the lovestruck maiden who dreams of true love's kiss,Ariel & Giselle both had statues of their princes.

Robert is like Eric to the backbone(hair,eyes,built etc)and he looks a bit like Dimtri from Anastasia too with the accent and sharp features. Oh and both Robert & Eric has black hair and blue eyes.

And finally Nancy,she does look like Vannessa in a way especially in cartoon form meets Belle as she too wanted a prince(she married Edward in the end).

Personally I think the director for this film wanted to find actors that looked like these charcthers from the movie,especially Edward(aka Gaston lookalike),Narissa(aka Malficent/wicked queen)and Nathanial(aka Lawerence from PATF).

same hair color

Uh, no not really. I don't see any similarities at all, other than looks.

the toon had many tributes to Disney Princesses of the past and this one, was a less obvious one that someone had to mention for us to go "oh that IS similar hahaha, how interesting"
