That looks like the vintage format. Did u accidentally click on the link to use that uploading method? of was it a temporary glitch? I've just added an image and the normal method worked fine for me.
As Flicker mentioned, that's definitely the old format. u probably accidentally toggled it somehow. It should go back to the newest one if u leave the image uploading tab and go back to it.
