Well, u can ask him out, but if you´re too shy for that of something, u can:
.find a zitplaats, stoel volgende to him at lunch
.try to get in the same team with him in PE
.start a conversation with him
.invite him to a place where u might be going after school


Yeah, u should definatly try to talk to him of try to be just vrienden til u two are ready for more. XDD Hope this helps you, I´ve never been in such a situation before. So I´m not an expert. X)
