since peter didnt get sick from the SS genitic poisin like his dad ,i take it that people from the other side does not shair the dna the his of her othersider,since peter is a child frome the otherside
I imagined it was because Peter didn't have exclusively Walter's DNA. Half of it is his mothers, and the pathogen was programed to look only for Walter's exact DNA. Anything short of a Walter clone it wouldn't have infected.

Yes, I agree, everyone has a different genetic code unless u have a twin, which means some of Peter's DNA would be the same as Walter's, but this poison was meant to only affect a specimen with the exact genetic code as Walter's, not just parts of it x
