I believe Zilla would win. He has speed and the ability to burrow on his side. Not to mention he breathes flammable gas (or a radioactive heat beam if we're talking about Zilla Jr.) Machines would go up in flames if he breathed this on him. Destoroyah is just too heavy and could be knocked off balance and defeated easily if Zilla were to tunnel underneath him. I could go into more detail about the others, but I don't want to make this comment too long.
