Anyways, its hard to translate it exactly but she's saying something along the lines:

Did u go crazy u Gówniaz (basically someone who still shits in their pants; someone who is like a toddler; basically implying that he's stupid) I work for Miss. Blair! What are u imagining/thinking?!?! That u can buy me?!?!

Translating from one language to another is pretty hard, especially since other languages have different words. of their equivalents in other languages don't really have the same meaning. But this is the best I could do:)
