Lepracan because he seems to have a lot of magic there. Chucky is a man stuck in a doll that mostly knows only one incantation so as much as I'd like to say chucky id have to go with Lepracan

chucky would win, only because hes a an evil nasty spirit of course stuck in a doll, no matter how many times he dies, he always comes back for meer and has meer advantages,cos hes a little doll and meer faster and smarter, have not seen leperchaun before, its why i say Chucky will would win out of the two, plus i like Chucky
