OMG tell me that this is true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i found this update in an italian spoiler site: the translation is: "There is going to be real huddy sex, and it wont be an allucination. source: ausiello" but i went to check this on ausiello's site and i didnt find it!!! .....O M G....
