Hmmmmm, interesting comment that Hugh is not really her type (she goes on about her type of men in the first section but I found this more interesting). She apparently likes assholes and Hugh doesn't fit the mold. Don't know what to make of it :S

I won't translate the entire article, I will have one of the Italian Huddies do that but basically she said that Hugh is not exactly her type (of a man/guy) and that House (the character) is much more...again referring to the beginning of the article where she says she likes sexy and asshole (stronzo literally means shit) types of guys...and she feels a lot like Cuddy (again from the beginning of the article) and therefore together, House and her (Cuddy) create sparks...

God, she is confuzzling me :)

What I don't get is being offended by his 'odd' remark (and could qualify it as 'stronzo' remark) and then go on about how he is not her type...she is all contradictory :S

Now I am confused! First she talks about how Hugh is likeable then she talks about how he is not her kind of guy but then she talks about how her(cuddy) and hugh (house) make sparks for the show?? To me it sounds like she is trying hard not to make it seem like they have something going on? Just what I think? Do you agree?? I still love lisa!!! She is confusing me to death!!!

Ok here's my take on the whole thing. I've posted it also on the forum so I'll do cut and paste.

However my take is that...something is fishy...there is trouble in paradise as Laci would say ;-) I might be reading it all in the wrong way but I've got a hunch...namely something major happened after the Paley. I told you guys that Paley thing was way too hinky! She was openly thrown off by his 'odd' comment still my take is that there's more to it. He gave himself away a lot while saying those things about his off camera relationship with Lisa. And then the giggling part...come on they were way too obvious! They just put it out there on a silver plate for the press and anybody for that matter to jump at it! To cut it short, they got caught. I wish I knew what happened straight after the Paley but I guess Jo snapped his ass out. He, in turn, had to confront Lisa with both what had happened at th Paley and Jo dishing it out on him. She wanted to shoot a message to him. Those words are kinda venomous and that's not Lisa and surely not Lisa talking about Hugh. She was hurt and she kicked out at him.
Again maybe I'm getting it in the wrong way and she was just trying to throw us off scent still if that was the case I guess she'd have worded it in a different way and she wouldn't have needed be so harsh and bitter. I'm telling you there's more to it. Something is simmering...duno where this is gonna get to. Let's keep our eyes peeled!!!
I really think this interview set the record straight. She got sick of waiting for him to get out of his funk and take the wraps off their relationship. Those words were way too venomous to be only a journalistic manipulation. She must have said that. But why? Why would she change her mind about Hugh in the blink of an eye? Because something major happened after the Paley. I might well be wrong but that sounded like she turning the tables on him..

Guys I've just found out this snatch comes from a longer interview with an Italian magazine. I'm gonna look for the mag tonight...I'll keep you posted!

Ok..so let me get this straight. She doesn't like him because..he doesn't treat her like shit? wow..that makes a whole lotta sense that I'm not really sure I feel like making sense of at the moment. This answer doesn't fit with all her other rome interviews..or all her other interviews from the past for that matter! She always says she likes intelligent and funny guys..and that's how she always explains Hugh! so what gives? What changed?? Once again..this is a written interview..and those can NEVER be trusted. We can't tell how she's saying what she's saying..or if anything was tweeked along the way. This is so not making sense. We better get a decent explaination. I'm not so much ticked about her saying he's not her type (ok maybe I am) but more for the reason WHY he's not her type. I hope she realizes..ASSHOLES will NEVER give you a successful relationship. Yes but my point is that she did it on purpose. You can't change what you think of somebody just out of the blue. Therefore I don't think she changed it and she still thinks the great things about Hugh we've heard hundreds of times from her. She was hurt. And she's turning the tables on him for being so coward and not leaving his wife.
BTW the word 'pignolo' is not fussy as that would be 'schizzinoso'. The English word for pignolo would be picky.

Ok there are a lot of things that do not make sense here... First off all the whole thing about hugh, if you compare it to other interviews, things dont add up. Then the whole fan thing... I always though she loved her fans, at least she acts that way around them. Then the whole thing about getting drunk.... did she not say once that she does not drink ??? and last but not least why would she tell some random person who interviews her that she use to sleep with a lot of men ?? she normally is very open about everything but has never been that revealing !!!! Yeah AH that's exactly the same thing I've been thinking about since I logged off. Not only did she say those things about Hugh eating all what she'd been saying up to that moment, but she went it pretty strong in general. Ok the fact she doesn't drink now does not necessarly means she didn't use to in the past. Still. However easy-going and open she may be, the sleeping around part is not something you'd splatter in an interview. Duno. It's not like her, she's never done it before. And I mean God knows how many interviews she did down through the years. And then the things she said about the fans. Of course she was right about being stalked and not replying to the emails she gets from them. Still the overall tone was just not Lisa...
She was bitter and most of all she was purposedly bitter. She was venomous. And you don't do that without having a point. She wanted to hit a mark...I'm sure we'll see more.
And Gab I also skeptical about the Italy vacation. We'll soon find out.

I agree about this not sounding like her at all. Who reveals to that extent about themselves? that's like Hugh all of a sudden bringing up that he once cheated. It just doesn't make sense! I wanna say that part was not what she said. They had to of gotten that wrong.

Did someone fucking drug her before she gave this interview??? Because for her to say that about fans and Hugh is so not her. Stalkers really aren't all that bad. Fans and stalkers are two very different things. I'm a fan of hers but I sure as hell won't be sitting outside her house. Thats just inconsiderate, crazy and creepy. About Hugh, she may just be playing it as if she doesn't think hes all that great. Why? Could be the paley thing or something else. Guys just got hold of that magazine and...well this short extract doesn't come from that magazine's interview. This one is along the lines of what she said in all her other Rome interviews. Same things...so either that journalist was stoned or she/he got a special one-on-one interview with Lisa which I highly doubt so. But then again...it'd be pretty ballsy of her/him to put such bitter remarks down to Lisa if she actually didn't say none of that. Duno...I'm getting confused! Can't wait for the TCA and see how they act around each other in person! Let's hope Lisa will be there!

Putting something she didn't say in a newspaper is a crime and they know they can be sued so I don't see how any journalist/newspaper could do that in their right mind :S
