I made this page because for the past 2 years for halloween i hav ebeen a person from the captiol i love the hunger games and brother zei that i should do this so here ya good.message your fans cause i want to try to make this page really popular:)Do not get me wrong i do not like the captiol goverment but i do like the way they dress and i think it is funny how they are so clueless.I mean i think it would be so cool to wear blue liostick and not have a hundred people look at u u like u weere crazy!!
