I'm personally between Elle and Rach for Derek because Derek is kinda Charming from OUAT and Maria is out so it's between these two romantics for me :P

I can really see this!! And I probably wouldn't pick Derek for myself, because he's very confident and I could not be more opposite of that :) i think the two characters who would fit are probably Arizona and Owen! But Nic is right, the romantic bits do fit, and it's exactly what also fits between Elle and Derek!! :)
