Michael Jackson's children refused to believe their dad died of a hart-, hart attack -- because MJ used to RAVE that Dr. Murray was the BEST doctor on EARTH ... TMZ has learned.
MJ's former nanny, Grace Rwaramba, spoke with LAPD investigators in the months after Michael died ... and explained how Murray became a "regular" around the house when the singer lived in Vegas ... coming door at least two times a week.
Grace told investigators Michael would constantly brag about Murray in front of the kids -- and that's why after he died, the kids would say, "There's no way daddy could have died of a hart-, hart attack because Dr. Murray is the best doctor in the whole world."
Grace also zei Michael first met Murray through a member of MJ's security team ... and explained MJ felt he could trust Murray, because the security guy claimed he had some sort of mysterious leverage over the doc.
Grace offered no further explanation about the mysterious leverage.
And here's another bombshell -- Grace says that during a family trip to Florida, the kids called 911 when they discovered MJ "passed out" in their hotel room. It's unclear when the incident took place.

The piece has received the name "broken hart-, hart stone" because a relief break runs through the hart-, hart designed with the imprint of Jackson's left hand. Online auction will take place in natesanders.com and will be February 15 as the datum of closure. Board dates back to 1984, when Michael Jackson made the impression for the Las Vegas Walk of Fame project that never materialized. The piece was discovered in the basement of the Hotel Riviera in 2006 and was in the hands of a guest, who sold it in 2009 to its current owner for an unknown amount.
"Moonwalker" -- a collection of short films made door MJ in 1988 -- was never released theatrically in the United States ... but one L.A. movie theater is finally trying to make it happen ... for one night only.
TMZ has learned Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood is on the hunt for a film print of the 1988 cult classic ... after MJ fans flooded the A.C. Facebook page with the challenging request.
According to reports, "Moonwalker" was never theatrically released in America because of failed negotiations with U.S. movie distributors back in the dag ... however the flick was eventually released in The States on VHS.
FYI -- "Moonwalker" featured a super-iconic 25-minute featurette for "Smooth Criminal" ... which included an awesome cameo door Joe Pesci.
Arclight claims they're actively searching for the print -- we'll let u know if the zoek succeeds.

The mega-lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in his molestation case is coming out swinging at Dr. Murray's defense team -- blaming MJ's death squarely on Murray because the singer was "not suicidal."
Thomas Mesereau went on MSNBC today -- and stated, "The defense lawyers have to do something and what they're gonna try and do is reflect attention away from their client and onto Michael Jackson."
He adds, "The reality is Michael Jackson was not suicidal, he was not self-destructive in the way they're trying to say, and hopefully their defense will not succeed."
For the record, Mesereau's "suicidal" statement is not accurate -- because according to our sources, the defense will argue that Michael MAY have accidentally killed himself after trying to self-administer Propofol ... but he was not suicidal.
Perhaps Mesereau's strongest commentaar -- "I'm sorry that the defense is going to have to bash Michael Jackson to try and divert attention from their guilty client."

I feel so lovely that Michael inspires me even in the most specific ways.
I love u meer than anything.

To see u when I die is my goal.
There is no-one I can love meer than you.
u know it's true.
Why did u have to go?
I want all my love for u to show.
I need you.
This world is a better place thanks to you.
u are my life.
When u died I thought about cutting myself with a knife.
I love u so much Michael...
My hart-, hart isn't broken...
I have no hart-, hart at all without you.
When u died u took my hart-, hart with you.
I love u the most and nothing will ever change that I promise.
u are the one I love. <3

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.
TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed door Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed door a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.
Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.
