When was the silvery-greyish MTV Europe digital onscreen graphic was used?

I'm guessing it was used feom October 1994 to circa 1999, and was used agqin from April to October 2000, but I'm not 100% sure, so European fanpop users who watched MTV please help me if I'm correct!
