The fourth season of "Orphan Black" will not be premiering until the turn of the year and while episode 1 is quite the wait, fans will be glad to know that production is already underway.
Last Sept. 28, John Fawcett, director of the science fiction program, confirmed in a tweet that the cast and crew are already in the midst of filming.
The shooting will continue until March of next year and it seems like a few new faces have been tapped to join the series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Joel Thomas Hynes, famous for his role on "Rookie Blue," has signed on to play Dizzy, an edgy hacker unafraid of voicing his own opinions. Semi Chellas, writer for the AMC hit "Mad Men," has also confirmed her involvement in the fourth season of "Orphan Black."
BBC America has recently treated fans with the release of the premiere episode\'s official synopsis. According to the summary, it will see Sarah looking for Beth Childs in order to find some answers. Aside from her search, she will be struggling to keep her sisters safe but because of the pressure, she will be taking solace in her previous vices.
