In the Episode, " Summer Belongs to you," The only romance they had was at the end when they were dancing with eachother and everybody else.
As well as, as previously shown in the Episode,"Summer Belongs to you"(SBTY), both Jermey and Candace thought of eachother as Boyfriend and of Girlfriend but neither side thought that the opposing side felt the same way.

*Ferb and Vanessa; I know Ferb had a crush on her for the first time he met but I think it's impossible for a 10/12 years old boy relate meer than vrienden with a 16 years old teengirl, but Vanessa already have a boy she likes...
