Phineas forgets to install the manipulator to their Flying Machine, causing it to explode and making much damage. Especially to Isabella. Getting struck in the stomach door one of the pieces, it causes something dreadful to happen...

Me and PftFan99 started this on chat, and looked what it turned out to be! Phineas saves Isabella from drowning.
