Did Aniplex ever release the entire series on dvd?

Just wondering because i would absolutely love to get a Madoka boxset sometime soon. I think they released one bluray for like 60 dollars on amazone, amazon with just a few episodes! Anyone know where u can get it on dvd? I just find it funny it's such a populair series and it hasn't come to the U.S. reasonably priced yet.
