Raul looked at them all quietly, seeming to breathe in before nodding his head. "I will aid you." He said in a much softer tone than he had spoke in before, seeming quelled. "As a sign of good faith, you may use my armies and whatever technology we have that we have recovered from the scorched land."
Petrov sat silently, his hands folded across each other as he listened. His wrinkled face seemed stuck in that position before he raised up his eyebrows, taking a sip of water as he found himself being stared at by the others. "I came to convince you all to kill them. You all did my job for me." He said as his emotionless face formed into a grin as he chuckled a bit. "Save your sob stories or honeyed words. I came here with one goal in mind, and that is assured destruction. Destruction of the greatest enemy my house since Adelhur the First came and forced us into the empire." He said as his hand shakily set the water down. "Give me that damn document you have so we can get this meeting over with. It's too hot."
Kimi sniffed a bit, nearly tearing up before smiling and pulling some documents out from a suitcase for everyone to sign, with Rex already having signed it. "Each of you are to sign this document, declaring you are in fact in alliance with us and each other. "The Blood-Iron Concordat, a document to prove the unity between our eight nation's and the resolve to kill enemy once and for all." She said while putting it in the middle of the table. Raul, Petrov and Ramses signed, being ready to sign the Concordat, being ready since it came out.
Seth sat in silence, hearing background noice from Venice itself as he looked around, wondering where the other sniper was, which made him quite paranoid.
Rudolf crawled behind the building Seth was on, climbing up the side of it a bit while holding a knife between his teeth, not wanting to make a single noise. The future depended on him, right there and now.

In Kanshinin HQ, a the elderly Yakuza soldier walked in, holding his hands in his pocket with sunken eyes. He whipped out a cigar, lighting it up and inhaling deeply.
"Sir, you can't smoke in here." The receptionist said with a smile, waving her hand at him.
"You're right. I'm sorry. Just needed something to kill the nerves." He said as he pulled his pistol out, firing on the receptionists and the guards down. He locked the front doors, seeing guards running up. He opened his jacket, showing a bomb. He took the cigar from his mouth, ashing it on the bomb, using the heat to activate it, blowing out every panel of glass from the building itself, bending the steel framework of the building, making it lean right slightly.

Akiro's expression turned sharp as he lightly grabbed Moira's throat, giving her a shake as he gritted his teeth at her. "It is our child. You better care." He said as he questioned whether or not to go harder before he just threw her onto the bed. "Said something like that again, and I will not be as kind? Understand?" He asked while sitting on the bed. "Apologize to me and the child, and I may forgive you, Moira."
