Help me what does this sound like?

So the same guy that I have asked about is saying that we should be just vrienden because I am afraid to do things. I haven't had my first kiss yet. And nothing after that. "I know but if we went out we would kiss u know so if we kiss before we go out then I know u will when we do go out" those were his exact words after me telling him that if he really liked me he wouldn't make me kiss him to be with him. But then he zei your afraid to kiss and do anything after that. Soo I like him but I don't know if I should go out with him? of will I just end up being hurt?
